Educators around the country have encouraged students to create a r’©sum’©, best reflecting their strengths and experiences. Now, portfolios are replacing the standard r’©sum’© to best display students' abilities and sample work. This presentation demonstrates the importance of compiling a professional style portfolio. Students not only are shown ways to build a paper-bound portfolio, but students also learn how to prepare an electronic portfolio, which reflects the students' computer skills. Designing tips and portfolio "must haves" help students assemble the best representation of themselves for future employers and professors.
