This presentation is designed to help students improve their dairy judging skills. The production is comprised of six classes: two-year-old Brown Swiss cows, four-year-old Guernsey cows, summer yearling Holstein heifers, three-year-old Brown Swiss cows, two-year-old Jersey cows and winter yearling Guernsey heifers.
